Informal classes for elementary school children on Jewish holidays, culture, and tradition. The classes are held twice a month.

JDC has taken the North American Jewish community center model and adapted it to suit the needs of a variety of different Jewish communities overseas.

The Indian Jewish community’s active and creative youth group, JYP gives local Jewish youngsters a vital meeting point, a framework for expanding their Jewish literacy, and a springboard for their volunteer activities and expanding involvement in communal life. JYP is based at the Evelyn Peters Jewish Community Center, where a small youth lounge was set up to give the group’s 100 members their own space.

A quarterly magazine published by JDC's Evelyn Peters Jewish Community Center in Mumbai, it is a popular source of community news, articles on events of interest in the larger Jewish world, and Jewish educational features for both children and adults.
